Reflections

What this project taught me

True security design isn't about control; it's about intelligence and visibility.

This project deep-dived into the ethics and efficiency of AI in public spaces. I learned that the success of a security platform depends less on the power of the AI and more on how clearly that AI communicates its findings to human operators.

Balancing privacy concerns with security requirements was a key design challenge. We solved this by ensuring that identify mapping was both transparent and strictly permission-based, transforming surveillance from a "watchful eye" into a "protective shield."
